Raffle Terms & Conditions

The Raffle Vehicle:
- 1981 DeLorean - VIN SCEDT26TXBD006704
- Manual Transmission
- Grey interior with the grey carpets
- Mileage approx 19,500 (currently being driven to events and for promotional purposes)

The Raffle:
- Ticket price is $50 each - REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED IF WE DON'T SELL AT LEAST 460 TICKETS. We have sold at least that many tickets at all past raffles, so this shouldn't be a problem. Once we have sold at least 460 tickets, no refunds will be provided.
- As a 501c3 Corporation, the raffle is legal (where not prohibited)
- The IRS is fine with the raffle as are the states of Kentucky and Ohio
- The individual winning the car will be responsible for appropriate sales tax
- Fair market value of the car is considered income and will be submitted to the IRS
- Some areas do not allow this kind of raffle, so it is Void Where Prohibited by Law
- Tax forms and proof of Identity (driver’s license or passport) required to claim prize
- You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets (or to win the car)
- This car will only be raffled if we sell a minimum of 460 tickets
- There is a cap of 600 tickets on the raffle - participants will know the odds of winning
- All tickets will be available for viewing (in a glass enclosure) at the show prior to the raffle
- Claim half of the Raffle Ticket will be mailed to purchaser prior to the show date
- The purchaser's claim half of the Ticket will not be required in order to claim the Raffle Car
- Print the invoice (final page of checkout) or the confirmation email as proof of purchase
- The winner does not need to be present to win, and will be contacted during/after the show
- Contact info (as provided by the ticket purchaser) will be on the drawing half of the ticket
- Winner is responsible for shipping, may take the car with them, or pick it up in Cincinnati
- If the winner is within 300 miles of Cincinnati we can help arrange shipping for the winner
- Foreign entrants are allowed in accordance with IRS guidelines in appropriate publications
- Car has no express or implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular use
